Job Description

The Civil/Structural Engineer will prepare structural designs and calculations for residential buildings and ensure all structural documentation complies with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structural analysis and calculations.
• Design structural systems for residential buildings.
• Produce structural drawings and details.
• Coordinate with architects and other consultants.
• Review drawings and ensure structural integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in residential structural design.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, or equivalent software.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.

Employment Type

All positions are Consultant. Consultants will be engaged based on project requirements and company workload. Compensation will be negotiated according to the scope and duration of each assignment.
