Job Description
The Architect will lead the design and development of residential projects, preparing architectural concepts, technical drawings, permit documents, and construction documentation while coordinating with engineering consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements.
- Develop architectural concepts and residential house designs.
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings.
- Produce 3D models and presentation renderings.
- Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Revise drawings based on client and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Employment Type
All positions are Consultant. Consultants will be engaged based on project requirements and company workload. Compensation will be negotiated according to the scope and duration of each assignment.
